2. Sourcing Public Data:

The Platform utilizes TikTok and Instagram to source publicly available data for influencer marketing purposes. You understand and acknowledge that the Platform accesses and collects publicly available data from these platforms, and such data may be used to provide you with relevant influencer marketing services.

Intellectual Property Rights

1. Platform Content:

The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and any other materials provided by the Platform, are owned by or licensed to the Platform and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights.

2. User Content:

By submitting or posting any content on the Platform, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of providing the Platform's services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to grant such rights to the Platform.

3. Compliance with TikTok Terms and Conditions

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Platform to source data from TikTok is subject to TikTok's Terms and Conditions. By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to comply with TikTok's Terms and Conditions.
